The role of Commercial Coordinator involves supporting the Australian Sales team with customer license renewals, CRM administration, and general administrative tasks.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Australian Sales team.
- Collaborate with customers to create estimates for upcoming license renewals.
- Keep the Sales team informed about upsell opportunities discovered during the renewal process.
- Assist in communicating changes to existing sales policies, procedures, and templates.
- Manage and maintain Micromine's CRM system.
- Act as a representative for special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial/sales coordination positions, including exposure to CRM systems. Familiarity with the Technology/Software or Mining industries is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Australian Sales team with daily tasks.

- Maintain the CRM system and ensure its accurate operation.
