Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to join our team as a commercial law specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial and consumer law, with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze complex legal and commercial risks, propose innovative solutions, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • At least 3+ years of PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
  • Strong technical expertise across Commercial Law including Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce, and Data Privacy
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills

This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who can quickly learn business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
