Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Service Delivery Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the field of IT service delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality services to clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track service delivery and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • 8-11 years of experience in engineering, building, and supporting large heterogeneous multi-data center computing environments.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile device management via Intune, conditional access policies, and Autopilot persona management.
  • Strong knowledge of client OS (Android/IOS) and troubleshooting.
  • NV1 Security clearance is required.
