About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading operational service delivery activities that prioritize customer-centricity.

This position drives end-to-end incident management across IT systems, from governance and policy to ticket updates and aged ticket resolution. You will play a key role in implementing a new Service Management tool set and driving process improvements to enhance incident management delivery.

You will work closely with the Service Centre management and broader process owners to deliver high-quality and timely IT services. Your focus will be on both proactive and reactive sides of incident management, developing strategies to prevent incidents, ensuring timely updates and resolutions, and driving coordinated responses during major incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Be an effective team leader, including coaching, developing, and managing employee performance and embracing new approaches and delivery methods
  • Manage Major Incidents: Develop and lead the CIRT function to assist with major incident resolution
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to key stakeholders as per the documented process
  • End-to-End Incident Management: Ensure Operational Production Release and Incidents reviews are performed, and formal reporting prepared and presented to Executive Management
  • Adhoc Team Co-ordination: Lead specialist technology resources in managing major investigation resolution and subsequent service improvement activities, including PIR process
  • Drive Service Delivery Objectives: Drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident process to improve overall metrics and ITO goals, such as reducing incident numbers, time to resolve

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operational Service Delivery
  • Technical understanding of IT Systems and Services - IT Infrastructure and Applications
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead informal and ad-hoc teams
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Ability to interact professionally and build relationships with various individuals
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, especially in stressful situations
  • Solid Service Level Management skills
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • Good leadership skills and ability to manage agile teams forming to resolve problems
  • Expert problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
  • Ability to prioritize issues and understand related impacts
  • Good working knowledge of Service Catalogues, reporting tools, systems, and metrics
