Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of IT services in Canberra.

About the Role:

  • To manage and deliver high-quality results, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • To establish and drive new capabilities while leveraging technology to achieve business outcomes.
  • To possess strong stakeholder management, planning, and organisational skills.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role with evidence of process improvement and technical delegation.
  • Able to hold technical delegations for change and leverage technology to deliver business outcomes.
  • Mandatory: formal process, ITSM or SIAM experience.
