Job Title: Data Operations Analyst

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timely data flow, performing high-volume data entry and validation, and providing coaching and technical support to overseas teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting extensive web research to enrich and govern merchant data assets
  • Performing quality assurance tasks, including offshore team assessments
  • Providing ongoing support for accuracy and data completeness of key data assets
  • Assisting with reporting and data analysis to support business opportunities and client needs

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with familiarity with SQL/Python being a bonus.
