Operational Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Data Analyst. This exciting role involves working closely with our data and analytics teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting. They will be responsible for providing actionable data insights, benchmarking, and scenario modelling to support key operational categories, including Cleaning, Security, and Waste Management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting to support performance tracking.
- Partner with VX Data & Analytics to lead centre-level and portfolio-wide dashboards and reporting tools.
- Support operational teams by providing clear, relevant, and timely insights that optimise service delivery, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance customer and team outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics, preferably within the property industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Data Analysis, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis or reporting within an operational, property, retail, or facilities management environment.
