Key Role: Digital Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving consistency and leading channel reporting and analytics across both web and mobile app channels.

The successful candidate will have experience working with the Adobe Marketing Cloud, particularly Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager. They will also have a strong understanding of CMS and website management tools.

The role will involve:

  • Ensuring website performance is appropriately monitored and evaluated;
  • Contributing to the development and extension of digital management information by defining analytic requirements to support optimisation;
  • Analysing data to drive continual improvements to website content, structure, design and product features;
  • Demonstrating continuous improvement through web analytics performance measurement and contributing to the regular showcases;
  • Assisting in maintaining tag managements platforms Google Tag Manager and Adobe DTM / Launch;
  • Developing, maintaining and evolving our digital segmentation capabilities and usage of Adobe Audience Manager;
  • Assisting in planning and co-ordinating delivery of the digital optimisation roadmap, focusing on the delivery of A|B experiments & personalised experiences in line with business activity;
  • Using our digital segmentation capabilities to optimise conversion and digital self-service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in digital analytics, analytics development and/or data analysis;
  • Experience working with optimisation tools and approaches for A/B and multivariate testing;
  • A strong data visualisation/design capability with the ability to present data driven insights to a variety of stakeholders;
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer segmentation;
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Understanding of Agile environment;
  • Strong interpersonal communications and stakeholder management skills.
