Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our growing team. As a key part of the HM team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a range of recruitment services to regular clients on a continuous basis.
  • Providing exceptional recruitment expertise to various stakeholders.
  • Championing candidate management and proactive sourcing.
  • Conducting candidate interviews and developing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with the resourcing team and assisting in other recruitment areas as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • You should have proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably in white-collar professional recruitment.
  • You must have demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment assignments.
  • You should be tech-savvy and highly computer-literate.
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment is advantageous.
  • You should be able to apply a structured recruitment methodology to any position independent of industry classification.
  • You should be confident in engaging with candidates and clients.
  • You should be a driven and competitive individual who consistently strives to achieve and exceed goals.
  • You should possess a high sense of urgency and speed of delivery without compromising quality.
  • You should have sound judgment and the ability to articulate client values and requirements.
  • You should have strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • You should have strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

We offer a comprehensive salary package, which includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This package also includes opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
