Merchandise Coordinator Job Description

VGW is an interactive entertainment company that harnesses technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games. We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator to join our Merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance towards all merchandise related activities.
  • Coordinate merchandise orders, including creating, tracking, and processing orders from suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure merchandise meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Assist in managing the ongoing maintenance of our online merchandise sites where players collect their items.
  • Work with the Merchandise Manager to confirm and organise allocated merchandise for player and corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in allocations, buying or production is considered advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Logical and a problem-solver.
  • Strong organisational skills, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Data driven with a high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising or a related field is desirable.
