About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Merchandise and Loyalty Operations Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Loyalty Merchandise Manager to provide operational support for our Member Engagement Commercial Strategy. Your primary focus will be on delivering sales, profit, and agreed loyalty and merchandise deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Financial Performance: Assist in delivering sales, profit, and agreed loyalty and merchandise deliverables.
  • Loyalty and Personalisation Operations: Support development and execution of loyalty and personalisation strategies.
  • Trade Partner/Vendor Management: Collaborate with Trade Partners to co-create loyalty benefits and product offers, and assist in negotiation and management of Trade Partner funding.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Work with CRM, marketing, online, and visual merch teams to deliver engaging and successful campaigns.
About You
  • Exposure and passion for marketing, particularly within the loyalty/CRM space.
  • Category management/buying experience within a retail environment is an advantage.
  • High degree of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong ability in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
