About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our Merchandising team at VGW. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the planning, implementation, and availability of merchandise for VGW and our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance towards all merchandise-related activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate merchandise orders, including creating, tracking, and processing orders from suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Assist in managing the ongoing maintenance of our online merchandise sites, ensuring a seamless player experience.
  • Work closely with the Merchandise Manager to confirm and organize allocated merchandise for player and corporate initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in allocations, buying, or production is considered advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
