Manager - Data Governance and Management

Description

This role is focused on providing top-notch advice, services, and support to federal government clients in achieving complex challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for Australians.

As a client-facing consultant, you will play a crucial role in working with our team to unlock the value of data, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) for a capability advantage.

The Transformation Practice brings together skills and capabilities to support clients in addressing their big agendas and delivering transformation programs. Our team encompasses architecture, technology, business, experience, capability, change, data, and AI.

As a Manager, you will lead project teams effectively, develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives, manage client relationships, oversee budget and resource allocation, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of industry experience, a sound understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations, experience with data management tools, and a reasonable understanding of contemporary technologies.
