Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide one-on-one mentoring and small group support to young individuals, including those with disabilities.

This role involves building independence, interpersonal skills, and engagement in education and community. You will also work flexibly using outreach and community-based models, engage with families, schools, and local networks to create strong support systems, promote inclusion and capacity-building for clients with diverse needs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team leaders and case managers.

  • Deliver tailored mentoring sessions and small group interventions

  • Engage with families, schools, and local networks to create strong support systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with young people and/or those with disability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Current Blue Card and QLD Driver's Licence
  • (Desirable) Relevant tertiary qualifications in human services or related field
