This role is ideal for individuals seeking a position in fleet management and administration. As a Dealership Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales, disposal, and day-to-day operations of a dealership. This involves managing contracts, invoices, records, and data systems, as well as liaising with suppliers and customers.

The Dealership Administrator will provide assistance to the Operations Manager and other members of the team, ensuring smooth administration across the full vehicle lifecycle. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers, and managing reports and documents.

To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of fleet management and maintenance principles, previous experience in the sale or management of motor vehicles, and an understanding of Queensland Transport registration and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, is also essential.
