Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Director to lead our client accounts in the B2B sector.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated marketing solutions that drive business growth for clients, leveraging deep expertise in digital transformation, creative services, and performance marketing.
This role demands agility, strategic thinking, and a strong client-first mindset, with a focus on mentoring a team, reviewing work for quality and consistency, and uplifting the overall capability of the team.
In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of client accounts, developing and presenting strategic media recommendations, mentoring and managing an account team, and overseeing campaign execution and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong strategic and analytical thinking, comprehensive media knowledge, excellent client relationship management skills, and commercial acumen.
You will also need to demonstrate experience in financial forecasting, scope negotiations, and delivering profitable account growth, as well as a strong ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
A Bit About You:
- You come from a Media/Ad agency background, ideally with experience in B2B and technology clients.
- You have strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable media strategies.
- You have comprehensive media knowledge, including digital, offline, broadcast, and lead generation, with a focus on integration and innovation.
- You have excellent client relationship management skills, capable of building trust and influencing senior stakeholders.
- You have team leadership and development experience, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- You have commercial acumen, with experience in financial forecasting, scope negotiations, and delivering profitable account growth.
