Sustainability Practice Overview

">As a key member of our Sustainability practice, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our sustainability services. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to support our clients in achieving their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

">">Supporting the development of client climate change, sustainability and/or ESG strategies on individual projects, including agreeing project outcomes and ensuring their delivery by the project team.">Being a technical expert and promote innovation in a particular area of sustainability, such as waste, energy/carbon, water, responsible sourcing of materials, sustainable buildings, etc.">Being a pro-active generalist, able to cover all major issues of sustainability with all relevant stakeholders.">Supporting work winning through bid support, innovation, and client liaison.">Supporting the drive for Axlewood to be a leader in climate change and sustainability.">">

About Our Ideal Candidate

">">6-8 years of relevant experience (preferably in a professional services environment).">Master's degree preferred.">Must have in depth Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on sustainability transformational journeys in areas such as Biodiversity, Circular economy, Decarbonization, Energy Transition and ESG Strategy development.">A positive, high-energy, can-do attitude and friendly communication style.">Exceptional organisational, planning and project management skills; strong at conceptualisation, follow-through, ownership and accountability.">Ability to independently resolve diverse problems and establish guidelines.">Experience and success in leading and coaching others and leading (project or permanent) teams.">Experience in multiple industries is preferable.">">
