Senior Environmental Advisor

We seek a Senior Environmental Advisor to join our team in supporting the Transurban QLD Network.

  • This role offers a unique blend of office and field-based work, where you will drive environmental compliance, mentor teams, and ensure high standards across operations.
  • You will play a key part in leading environmental assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and control checks.
  • Support environment compliance with legislation, regulations, and project standards.

In this deliverable-based role, you will have autonomy to deliver agreed outcomes flexibly across hours and sites.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Management, or related field
  • Solid experience in operational or major project environments
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Valid C class drivers' licence and construction white card
