Key Account Growth Manager Role

This key account growth manager role is responsible for driving the expansion of business across all assigned regions. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy focused on increasing market share and referrals within the sleep solutions sector.

  • Develop a business development strategy to drive growth in the sleep solutions market.
  • Pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and changes in the sleep solutions market.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills.
