We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and shape client relationships.
About the Role- This key position will involve serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
- You will drive adoption and value by understanding client business objectives and challenges, ensuring they achieve success with our innovative AI solution.
- Proactive management of customer health and engagement will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks to reduce churn.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.

- Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to our product teams to help guide future development.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and health metrics in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively advise clients.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
- Experience working with clients in the retail and e-commerce industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
