Policy and Project Officer - Settlement Role

The Policy and Project Officer - Settlement sits in the Community and Policy Division, playing a key role in driving forward-thinking initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing and implementing projects, service delivery reforms or strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and evaluate the NSW Settlement Strategy, ensuring seamless execution and evaluation.

- Provide expert advice to senior officials on settlement matters, fostering collaborative relationships.

- Support whole-of-government responses to Australian Government settlement policy and reviews, contributing valuable insights.

- Represent Multicultural NSW on various committees, promoting inclusive practices.

What You'll Do

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the development, management, delivery, and evaluation of policies, projects, and initiatives aligned with the NSW Settlement Strategy.

Requirements

- Experience in project development and implementation, service delivery reform, or strategic initiatives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent, professional experience, and training.
