Job Title: Rear Lift Driver

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting waste from residential and commercial customers. Based at our North Melbourne depot, this is a permanent full-time position that requires early morning starts.

The successful candidate will operate a rear load collection vehicle, deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities, perform daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, interact with clients, and ensure the safe loading and unloading of the truck.

To excel in this role, you must have a valid HR licence or higher and a clean driving record. Experience in the waste industry is an advantage, but not essential. You must be reliable, flexible to work overtime, and have a positive attitude. A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team are also essential.
