We have a great opportunity for you to start or build your career in the Waste Industry, delivering essential waste management services across South East Melbourne. We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused HR drivers for ongoing opportunities operating Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks. On offer are competitive pay rates ($36 per hour plus penalties and allowances) and ongoing work. Early starts at 2am with early finishes available in Dandenong South.

Location: Dandenong South VIC

Pay Rate: From $36 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM

Shift Duration: 8-10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections
  • Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle maintenance to safety standards
  • Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification
Requirements
  • Valid HR Truck Licence
  • Minimum 6-12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong reliability and commitment to early morning starts
  • Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Driving history report required
