Join our team as a Waste Management Driver.

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused drivers for ongoing opportunities operating Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks.

The role involves delivering essential waste management services across South East Melbourne.

You will operate vehicles safely and efficiently, following route schedules and reporting any delays or issues.

The ideal candidate will have a valid HR Truck Licence and at least 6-12 months of experience driving heavy rigid vehicles in the waste industry.

In this role, you will be working independently and communicating clearly with dispatch and site supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections
  • Completing pre-start checks and ensuring vehicle maintenance to safety standards
  • Following route schedules efficiently and reporting any delays or issues
  • Communicating clearly with dispatch and site supervisors

We offer competitive pay rates and ongoing work.

Shifts may start early and can last between 8-10 hours per shift.

Please note that physically fit candidates who can safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift will be preferred.

Requirements
