Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to internal employees via various communication channels.

  • Provide desktop and server support, hardware and network services, as well as software installation and troubleshooting.

  • O365 experience is essential for success in this position. Proficiency in software and hardware diagnostics, building and upgrading PC's is also required.

  • Active Directory (users, mailbox management) and Operating System support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems) are critical skills for this role.

  • Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support is highly valued.

  • Support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors is also necessary.

  • Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) and Complex Software installation and troubleshooting are key responsibilities of this position.

  • Network triaging, fault diagnostic, root cause analysis, NV2 Security Clearance, and proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution are also important.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.

  • Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment.

  • Experience with supporting physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers).

  • Active Directory (users, mailbox management) and Operating System support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems).

  • Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support Standalone Support.
