Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our expanding national team.

This role is central to our business, driving the preparation of high-quality submissions and proposals that showcase our expertise and support our continued growth.

As Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering compelling tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements
  • Maintain and update submission templates, CVs, and project profiles
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and present project information in a compelling way
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional, and compliant with requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with proposal or document management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in submissions or proposals (professional services experience preferred)
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
