Personal Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be involved in planning and preparing meals, administering medications, and engaging in social activities with clients.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where no two days are ever the same. If you are a team player who is able to work independently and think on your feet, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Plan and prepare meals for clients
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Engage in social activities with clients, such as watching movies or going for walks
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check
Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, plus shift loadings and superannuation. Ongoing support and supervision are provided by our dedicated Care Coordination Team, consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
