Required

A current full Australian driver's license and own car.
Comprehensive Car Insurance.
NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) (or willing to get).
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Other Requirements

Fluent in English.
Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other high-care support.
Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Willing to travel to Bondi Area, Malabar, Maroubra, Coogee, etc. Potentially Redfern and other near suburbs.

About The Role

Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:

Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.

This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability. A permanent role may be offered in future for the right candidate.
