Lead Education Coordinator

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of early learning and care.

The Lead Education Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools and community groups, as well as fostering connections between TeamKids and its partners.

A strong focus on autonomy and creative freedom is encouraged, enabling the successful candidate to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with school staff and community members.
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and medical documentation requirements.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance as needed.

Service Times: 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday + 10 admin hours per week.
