Director of Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Service to lead our team in delivering exceptional before, after, and holiday care programs to children.

About the Role

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity with flexibility for working from home between service times. You will start with a comprehensive 5-week induction program to ensure your success, with ongoing support from a mentor and regional manager.

  • Build strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences daily
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the glue that connects us with the school community
Requirements
