Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an OSHC Director of Service.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of educators, develop and implement programs that foster a love of learning in children, and build strong relationships with schools and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of primary-aged children
  • Lead a team of educators to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, families, and community stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage medical documentation and staff rostering
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification such as Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude
