Key Role: Executive Assistant/Board Secretary

The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between executive leadership, the board, and key stakeholders.

This role requires someone who thrives on being one step ahead and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership, including diary management, travel coordination, and prioritising correspondence, reports, and business papers.
  • Organise meetings for senior leaders, manage venues, catering, travel, agendas, and minutes.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and supporting materials for board meetings.
  • Conduct research, track progress on special projects, prepare reports for senior leaders, and implement follow-up actions.
