Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and manage daily transactions.
- Design and develop innovative lending structures.
- Negotiate terms and conduct thorough credit evaluations and due diligence.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in commercial banking or a non-bank financial institution, particularly within the Property sector.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional transaction skills, including risk identification and management, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure with a strong customer-focused approach.
