As a Senior Client Relationship Executive specializing in Property, you will play a pivotal role in delivering customized financing solutions to seasoned Real Estate Developers and Commercial Property Investors. This position offers a unique opportunity to cultivate and oversee a new portfolio aimed at Asian Commercial Real Estate clients, necessitating strategic foresight and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and manage daily transactions.
  • Design and develop innovative lending structures.
  • Negotiate terms and conduct thorough credit evaluations and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in commercial banking or a non-bank financial institution, particularly within the Property sector.

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional transaction skills, including risk identification and management, due diligence, and financial modeling.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
