Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily sourcing and management of transactions, including the development of lending frameworks and negotiation of terms.
  • Conducting thorough credit evaluations and due diligence to ensure sound decision-making.
  • Building and nurturing robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial banking or a non-bank financial institution, particularly in the Property domain.

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
