Business Finance Partner Role

About The Role

As a Business Finance Partner at PolyNovo, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and reporting across multiple regions, including UK, EMEA, India, and corporate shared services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and coordinate FP&A functions for UK, EMEA, and India markets.
  2. Prepare, analyse, and present budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance results to regional leadership teams.
  3. Support commercial leaders in preparation of periodic business reviews.
  4. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
FP&A – Shared Services
  1. Partner with Finance, IT, and People shared services teams to manage cost center budgets and forecasts.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to track cost allocation and service delivery efficiency.
  3. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial transparency and performance tracking.
Corporate Commercial Reporting
  1. Deliver regular sales analysis, pricing reviews, and margin analysis to support group commercial reporting.
  2. Prepare and maintain commercial P&L statements, KPI dashboards, and KPI metrics.
Business Intelligence (BI) & Analytics Development
  1. Support BI reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics to enhance decision-making across the business.
  2. Build in-house BI expertise for critical reporting functions.
Qualifications / Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, preferably CPA or CA qualified.
  2. Minimum 5+ years in standalone FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical finance roles reporting directly to FP&A Manager or Director.
  3. Extensive evidence of successful business partnering, stakeholder management, and FP&A related duties.
  4. Experience working in a global business and supporting global stakeholders.
  5. Proven track record in commercial analysis (Sales analysis, pricing reviews, commercial P&L preparation).
  6. Experience leading data analytics and reporting improvements, including automation and dashboarding.
  7. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences.
