Key Customer Manager
Job Description:This role provides customers with productive equipment solutions that represent long-term sustainable value.
As a Key Customer Manager, you will lead efforts with mining and civil customers in Tasmania, owning customer relationships and providing a conduit between our business disciplines and customer sites and teams.
You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, promoting our solutions and capabilities. Ability to look outside norms and approach work methodically with self-discipline is key to success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Making decisions within set parameters and delivering information to various levels.
- Background in business development, account management or general sales.
- Technical mindset with understanding of technical considerations.
- Extensive travel willingness.
- Highly developed communication skills and collaboration abilities.
- Exposure to mining and related industries.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience.
