About the Role:
The Salesforce Marketing Technology Practice Lead oversees the consolidated MarTech delivery team at BHD, comprising Developers, Consultants and Architects working across CX technologies like SFMC Engagement, SFMC Personalisation, SF CDP, Adobe Campaign and more.
This team works on new client engagements and supports ongoing technical engagements with existing BHD clients.
The role leads a high-performing team to deliver results and satisfaction to clients, mentoring colleagues and maintaining team enthusiasm. They build strong relationships through client service excellence.
