Buscamos un profesional experimentado en la gestión y administración de materiales para una posición clave en nuestra empresa.

\\Descripción del Puesto\

El objetivo principal de este puesto es controlar la recepción, almacenamiento y entrega de materiales y equipos en un sitio específico. Este cargo requiere habilidades sólidas en planificación, organización y comunicación para garantizar el flujo eficiente de materiales a través del proceso de construcción.

Algunas de las responsabilidades incluyen:

  • \
  • Mantener actualizado el sistema de control de materiales (ERM) y asegurarse de que se cumplan las políticas y procedimientos relevantes.\
  • Proporcionar control continuo de todos los materiales y equipo desde su recepción hasta su instalación.\
  • Almacenar y conservar los materiales y equipo hasta que sean requeridos para la construcción.\
  • Verificar y consolidar los MTO preparados por ingeniería en listas de materiales (e-BOMs).\
  • Provisionar paquetes de materiales según las cantidades indicadas en los BOM.\
  • Determinar y reportar excedentes, faltantes y materiales/equipos dañados en el sistema ERM.\
  • Identificar material sobrante y encargarse de su disposición y desecho.\
  • Coordinar con departamentos de Activación y Logística fechas esperadas de llegada de materiales y equipos.\
  • Realizar o proporcionar asistencia en auditorías periódicas de almacenes de proyecto y contratistas.\
  • Registrar entregas de materiales/equipos a contratistas siguiendo el procedimiento establecido.\
  • Mantener registro de materiales sobrantes.\

Requisitos Específicos\

Para este puesto buscamos candidatos con:

  • Estudios técnicos universitarios o terciarios.\
  • Experiencia en proyectos tipo EPCM o puestos similares.\
  • Conocimientos prácticos de Identificación de materiales y equipo y administración de almacenes.\
  • Experiencia en herramientas ERP basadas en computadora como SAP, Oracle u otras.\
