Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain Logistics Posted 431 days ago Job Description Permanent We are a small Human Resources Consulting firm specialising in employment solutions including recruitment, with a growing presence across Melbourne.
We are committed to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients, particularly in the Supply Chain, Engineering and Manufacturing industries.
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods Evaluate resumes and applications Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions Complete paperwork for new hires Capable of business development and client relationship management Input into companies services and future directions Overall values based approach Business and Sales Development to grow Supply Chain Logistics portfolio Requirements To be successful in this role you will need a combination of the following; Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)Excellent understanding of recruitment processes Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and also part of a team Strong decision-making skills Deep understanding of 3 PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals Continuous improvement approach to work processes Must have working rights in Australia Benefits Work in a boutique professional HR Consultancy Great office location in South Yarra Growth Opportunity Be The First To Know About the latest Material planner Jobsin Melbourne Set Email Alert: Job title Location What other jobs are popular in this category?Explore these high-demand roles to expand your search: Didn't find the right job?
