Career Opportunities

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Station Team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in managing the procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts within prescribed cost limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective management of subcontract and supplier contracts, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Leading commercial input into procurement processes, preparing subcontract documents, and negotiating contracts.
  • Assessing subcontractor claims, invoices, and variations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing monthly reports, providing critical program and cost data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant field.
  • Significant experience in managing major subcontract packages for large-scale complex projects.
  • Advanced competency in contracts and negotiation, with the ability to assess complex claims and variations.
  • Robust understanding of relevant legislation and contract interpretation.

Salary
