As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in clinical supervision and allied health placements while ensuring the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage program plans to achieve desired outcomes within budget and resourcing constraints.
- Consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Construct clear and concise project reports.
- Manage multiple and often competing tasks with attention to accuracy and detail within deadlines.
- Work effectively with a cross-functional team, including the capacity to supervise other staff.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision making.
- Postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards) and extensive relevant experience; or extensive relevant experience and expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated high-level written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated critical analysis skills.
- Previous experience in health service management and/or in a tertiary environment.
