About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, driving innovation and results across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.

You'll be responsible for overseeing strategy, delivery, and performance across key acquisition channels, working closely with sales and analytics teams to drive conversion and margin across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Leading a multi-tiered team with clear accountability and growth paths
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and optimize channel performance
  • Managing budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI reporting
  • Driving channel diversification and experimentation to future-proof performance
  • Championing the use of MarTech and automation to unlock scale and efficiencies

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition roles
  • Proven success leading large teams in fast-paced, lead-gen or eComm environments
  • Deep expertise across Google, Meta, programmatic, and retargeting channels
  • Highly commercial with a strong understanding of acquisition metrics and unit economics
  • Collaborative leader with mature stakeholder management and communication skills
