At MJD Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Support Professional to join our award-winning team.

Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $110,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation.

Job Description:

As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative support to two partners and their team. Your responsibilities will include drafting and preparing legal documents, maintaining up-to-date files, billing, client liaison, completing relevant searches, and lodging court documents. You will also be responsible for other administrative tasks required by the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Family or Litigation law in a legal support position;
  • Experience with billing, file management, and court systems;
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Remarkable verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Confidentiality and empathy are essential for this role.
