This prominent boutique law firm, a leading expert in family law, seeks a dedicated and highly skilled Professional Assistant to join its dynamic team in Sydney's CBD. The firm is renowned for providing tailored, high-quality legal services, handling sensitive family law matters with both empathy and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the drafting and preparation of court documents, affidavits, and other legal paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal standards and accuracy.
  • Support end-of-month billing and prepare financial documents related to client matters, contributing to the firm's financial efficiency.
  • Provide full administrative assistance to Partners, including diary management, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

About You:

  • You will need a strong background in family law, with an understanding of the sensitive nature of the work.
  • A proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in records and documentation, critical for maintaining high standards in legal work.
