Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Partner-level team members. Key responsibilities include:
-Assisting with the drafting and preparation of court documents, affidavits, and other legal paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal standards and accuracy.
-Supporting end-of-month billing and preparing financial documents related to client matters, contributing to the firm's financial efficiency.
-Providing full administrative assistance to the Partner, including diary management, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence to ensure efficient daily operations.
-Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries with professionalism and discretion. Maintaining meticulous organisation of emails, files, and legal documents for accessibility and confidentiality.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
-A strong background in family law, with an understanding of the sensitive nature of the work.
-Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
-A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in records and documentation, critical for maintaining high standards in legal work.
-Confidence in making decisions and taking proactive steps to advance the firm's objectives.
-Excellent communication skills and a polished demeanour, essential for representing the firm and engaging with clients effectively.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package up to AU$110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with:
