**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Counselling and Wellbeing Services Team across all campuses of Marymede Catholic College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing systems and services that align with the College's strategy for student wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing relevant policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the wellbeing of students and the school community.
Additionally, the incumbent will establish and maintain links with relevant community support agencies, allied professionals, and school networks to optimize services available for students.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in leading counselling and wellbeing services teams;
- Strong understanding of the importance of primary prevention, early intervention, and continuity of care;
- Able to develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and programs;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and community partners.
