The Role

You will be responsible for accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners.
You will wow our donors with your gratitude, helping them understand how their donation makes a difference and educating them on the wonderful work of our partners.
A typical day might include:

  • Greeting donors, thanking them for their donation
  • Handling all donations with care and respect
  • Educating donors and customers on the work of our partners

You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the community.

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

  • Availability for part-time hours across Monday to Sunday between 9am - 9pm
  • A team player - you love working in a team and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment - you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality

You'll positively impact Team Members, Customers, Donors, Your Community, and the Environment.
