
Brand Champion Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Champion to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring marketers get the most value from our brand health data in their dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard and activate new customers by setting clear success plans and getting them to first value quickly.
- Run brilliant rhythms, including Quarterly Check-Ins that tie product usage to outcomes.
- Protect and grow customer relationships by spotting risk early, building save plans, owning renewals, and driving expansion.
- Turn insight into impact by translating feedback into actionable signals for Product and Marketing teams.
- Keep customer information up to date by maintaining accurate health, notes, and forecasts.
- Level up the customer experience by championing playbooks and continuously improving processes.
- Build strong relationships with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, founders, and marketers through calm, clear communication.
- 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS or adjacent).
- Commercial acumen, including GRR/NRR, negotiation, and forecasting skills, with a bias towards outcomes.
- Brand and marketing fluency, understanding why brand matters and how to prove it.
- Data literacy and product curiosity, comfortable guiding conversations with dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across exec, user, and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with key tools, including Vitally, HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- A high-care, high-performance mindset: kind, organised, ambitious, and team-first.
- Portfolio hits GRR/NRR targets with reliable, inspection-ready forecasts.
- Every account has a documented success plan and healthy adoption baseline.
- Clear expansion pipeline with repeatable motions aligned to ICP and segment.
- Customer insights inform roadmap, marketing narratives, and enablement.
- Playbooks improved with your fingerprints.
