Role Overview

As a key figure in student career development, you'll play a pivotal role in sharing valuable resources and experiences with your peers. This includes our curated job board and the Top 100 Graduate Employers' Guide, designed to aid students in their job search.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Attend University Career Fairs: Represent our brand and promote job search resources to fellow students.
  • Distribute Books: Hand out the Top 100 Graduate Employers' career guides to support students' job searches.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect insights from students and provide feedback to help us improve.
  • Stakeholder Management: Assist the university careers team in distributing the guide and building strong relationships.
  • Raise Awareness: Increase knowledge about our offerings and how we can support career development.
  • Report: Maintain an activity log and submit regular reports on your engagement and event participation.
Qualifications
  • Student Status: Currently enrolled as a student.
  • Friendly Personality: Enjoy smiling and interacting with student peers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate peers.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and organise campus activities and events effectively.
  • Passion for Career Development: Genuine interest in helping fellow students with their career planning and job search.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media and other digital platforms to promote our brand.
