Senior Project Manager - Business Readiness Implementation Manager12-month contract | $1050 per day inc super | Melbourne or Sydney (Melbourne preferred)Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Business Readiness Implementation Manager to join a major multi-year Property Fulfilment Transformation program.
This program is part of the Next Evolution of Claims, focused on uplifting both technology and operational processes across the Retail and Intermediated Insurance divisions.The Program This large-scale transformation will deliver significant change across the insurance claims fulfilment model, with a focus on:Replacing legacy tools (such as OPUS) with Crunchwork and integrated platforms (Google Cloud, ClaimCenter V8)Digitising the claims fulfilment process from lodgement to repair and audit, working with builders and suppliers nationwideDriving operating model change, including role redesign for Field Assessors, Desktop Assessors, and SuppliersIntroducing smarter workflows, automation, and improved data flowsDelivering a comprehensive business readiness rollout to the builder networkWhat You'll BringProven experience leading large-scale projects or multiple streams within complex, multi-dimensional programs (budgets of $10m+)7+ years of project delivery experience across diverse initiatives, including business transformation, application development, and cultural changeStrong track record shaping and delivering complex business and technology solutionsExperience within Financial Services, ideally General InsuranceExceptional stakeholder management and engagement capabilities at senior executive levelDemonstrated financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skillsFamiliarity with program management tools, methodologies, and governance frameworksTeam leadership experience with proven ability to drive delivery outcomesKey AccountabilitiesDevelop project strategies and manage scope, solutions, and delivery approaches for complex workstreamsDefine and manage delivery plans, balancing prioritisation, resources, and dependenciesIntegrate release and implementation activities across technology partners and business functionsIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with Program Leads and stakeholdersEstablish strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring integrated outcomesContribute to consistent frameworks, methods, and tools to enable effective delivery across the programEnsure compliance with governance, risk, and assurance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycleWhy Apply?
